方法:造成矽膠製品抽邊的主要原因、製(zhi)品(pin)外(wai)部(bu)硫(liu)化(hua)後(hou),由(you)於(yu)膠(jiao)料(liao)傳(chuan)熱(re)慢(man),內(nei)部(bu)還(hai)處(chu)於(yu)未(wei)硫(liu)化(hua)狀(zhuang)態(tai),如(ru)果(guo)這(zhe)時(shi)候(hou)降(jiang)壓(ya)啓(啓)模(mo),內(nei)部(bu)硫(liu)化(hua)反(fan)應(ying)中(zhong)的(de)發(fa)揮(hui)物(wu)就(jiu)會(hui)迅(xun)速(su)外(wai)溢(yi),同(tong)時(shi)由(you)於(yu)溫(wen)度(du)下(xia)降(jiang),膠(jiao)料(liao)嚴(yan)重(zhong)收(shou)縮(suo),比(bi)之(zhi)前(qian)硫(liu)化(hua)完(wan)全(quan)的(de)膠(jiao)料(liao)收(shou)縮(suo)率(lv)要(yao)大(da)。這(zhe)兩(liang)方(fang)麵(mian)的(de)因(yin)素(su)使(shi)得(de)對(dui)合(he)模(mo)線(xian)處(chu)開(kai)裂(lie)抽(chou)邊(bian),應(ying)當(dang)調(tiao)整(zheng)硫(liu)化(hua)條(tiao)件(jian),采(cai)用(yong)低(di)溫(wen)長(chang)時(shi)間(jian)硫(liu)化(hua)法(fa)或(huo)分(fen)階(jie)段(duan)升(sheng)溫(wen)硫(liu)化(hua)法(fa)。
3、壓力不足或壓力波動
方法:壓(ya)力(li)不(bu)足(zu)或(huo)壓(ya)力(li)波(bo)動(dong)使(shi)硫(liu)化(hua)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)膠(jiao)料(liao)模(mo)腔(qiang)內(nei)部(bu)壓(ya)力(li)大(da)於(yu)硫(liu)化(hua)壓(ya)力(li)。從(cong)而(er)使(shi)模(mo)具(ju)稍(shao)稍(shao)漲(zhang)開(kai),引(yin)起(qi)製(zhi)品(pin)開(kai)裂(lie),應(ying)檢(jian)查(zha)壓(ya)力(li)或(huo)者(zhe)檢(jian)查(zha)壓(ya)力(li)波(bo)動(dong)原(yuan)因(yin)。
4、對合模線處局部疏鬆、膠料之間結合強度小
方法:zheshizaochenghemoxianchujubukailiedechangjianyuanyin。daozhijubusongsandeyuanyinhenduo,rumojuhemobuyan,jiaoliaocongfengxizhongliuchuguoduo,fangliaofangfabudang。shiduihexianchumougebuweiyoubumingxianquejiao;模具結構不合理(對合線方向與加壓方向平行是典型的不合理結構,應予以避免),膠料太硬等。具體問題具體加以分析進行改進。
5、緩壓太遲 ,人工操作原因
方法:ruguozaijiaoliaobiaomianyijingliuhuahouzaihuanya,changshiduihexiankailie,zhuyitiaozhenghuanyashijian,xuyaocaozuorenyuansuishizhuyijitaibeizhuyijizhangkongshengchanchanpindegongyitijibailiao,shijianhekongwendekongzhi。
